If the wheel shakes above fifty and settles below it, that is almost always balance.
An out of balance wheel wears the tire unevenly and puts extra load on wheel bearings and suspension components, so it gets more expensive the longer it goes.
We balance all four and road test it.
Worth doing whenever you have new tires mounted, and any time you notice a vibration that was not there before.
